Common area fire testing and elevator maintenance are completed monthly.

July 2025 – Swamp Cooler Maintenance
August 2025 – Fibre Optic Upgrade (no-cost infrastructure upgrade provided by Telus)
September 2025 – Building-Wide Carpet Cleaning
October 2025 – Annual In-Suite Fire Inspection
November 2025 – Annual Boiler Maintenance
December 2025 – Annual Dryer Vent Cleaning
February 2026- Boiler Ignition Upgrade
