Emergency issues involve immediate safety risks or active property damage and require immediate contact.
Examples include:
• Active flooding or burst pipe
• No heat of entire unit during winter months
• Fire alarm activation (911 will be automatically notified)
• Gas smell
• Major electrical hazard (sparking outlet, burning smell)
• Sewer backup
• Water leaking into another unit
The following issues are addressed during regular business hours and must be submitted through the Maintenance Request form:
• Broken appliance (stove, dishwasher, etc.)
• Stove burner or oven not functioning
• Slow drain
• Dripping faucet or temporary loss of hot water
• Laundry machine downtime
• Cosmetic damage
• Light bulb replacement
• Neighbor noise complaints
• Internet or cable issues (Internet Install must be booked with management during buisness hours)
Building Emergency:
Call or text management immediately at: 250-808-7516
Non-emergency:
-Submit a request through the Maintenance Portal
-Fill out paper form located in lobby and submit it to management drop box.
